We cordially invite you to the opening of the exhibition WE ARE PART OF CULTURE (WAPOC) on March 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at m25 in Ulm. The exhibition makes queer perspectives visible, celebrates diversity, and sends a powerful message against exclusion and stigmatization. We look forward to inspiring art, exciting encounters, and a shared start to a space of exchange and solidarity.
- Events as part of the exhibition
The exhibition WE ARE PART OF CULTURE is complemented by a diverse program of events and activities. Whether you're looking for exchange, creativity, or information, the program invites you to network, contribute your ideas, and celebrate.
An overview of the events can be found here (constantly updated).
- March 1, 2026, 4:30 p.m. - Opening Reception
- Seminars and workshops for schools and youth groups
As part of the exhibition, we invite school classes and youth groups to attend our free workshop, "Diversity of Gender and Relationships," directly within the exhibition.
The workshop aims to make sexual diversity visible and dismantle prejudices. We raise awareness among young people about different sexual identities, orientations, and relationship models. In doing so, we promote respect and openness in our interactions. We encourage participants to address their own questions and uncertainties, break down prejudices, and develop a positive attitude toward diverse lifestyles.
The workshop will last 90 minutes, after which the young people will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition.
There are no costs for attending a workshop or visiting the exhibition!
For questions about the workshop, available dates, and to book a workshop, please contact Ms. Franziska Walk by phone at +49 731 790 630-16 or by email at praevention@aidshilfe-ulm.de
